Terms and Conditions for Buyers
– All orders are paid in advance.
– We do not accept Cash on Delivery (C. O. D.) orders.
– Buyers must report any issue regarding product within 48 hours of receiving the product.
– Payment will be refunded in 5 to 6 working days after receiving and inspection of the product.
– Bypassing SWITCH and taking direct service from the seller may subject the Buyer to any legal action taken by SWITCH.
– Each purchase is subject to delivery charges.
– The buyer is responsible for submitting the correct delivery address. If the wrong address is submitted, SWITCH will not be held responsible for the delay/loss of the product.
– Orders will be accepted from 10 am to 8 pm on working days.
– Our inventory is managed from multiple vendors, so an order confirmation will be done within 24 hours and confirmed with the vendor.
– Shoot a short video without pausing, displaying the Date and Time.
– Quires/Disputes will not be entertained without video.
– Upon entering into dispute, it will take 7 to 8 working days for the complaint to be resolved.
– Penalties will be charged if any misguided behavior is detected.
– The Client will be blacklisted from SWITCH if multiple misguided attempts come from the same client, and legal action will also be taken against the Client.

Terms and Conditions for Sellers
– The seller will reject any order placed if there has already been an offline sale.
– At the same time, two buyers order the same product. Those who pay first will receive the order.
– Once a transaction has been successful, the payment will be credited 30 days later to the seller’s account.
– In addition, it is your responsibility to check and test products displayed on Switch website. Switch is not responsible for faulty products.
– Each product sold by the seller will be covered by a warranty. (Minimum 30 days)
– The seller should be registered with GST.
– The seller must bear all costs if a product fails within the warranty period.
– The seller could face legal action if he bypasses SWITCH and directly provides service to the buyer.
– SWITCH is not responsible for incorrectly entering product details on the site.
– Video demonstrations of every product should be provided by the seller.
– A seller who is responsible for multiple misguidances will be blacklisted by SWITCH and legal action will be taken against the seller in such a circumstance.

Terms and Conditions for Payments
– Stripe and Razor pay will handle the payment part
– SWITCH does not store payment information

Terms and Conditions for Commissions
– Referrers who successfully guide the buyer or seller to a successful transaction will receive commission on the total invoice amount, tax-exempt, that this buyer or seller pays.
– The commission amount will be subject to TDS.
– TDS certificates can be requested after 6 months of receiving commissions.
– Commission % Slab for Referrer

Terms and Conditions for Commissions
– Referrers who successfully guide the buyer or seller to a successful transaction will receive commission on the total invoice amount, tax-exempt, that this buyer or seller pays.
– The commission amount will be subject to TDS.
– TDS certificates can be requested after 6 months of receiving commissions.
– Commission of 0.5% for Referrer
